The customer is an electronics OEM whose packaging materials must meet internal cleanliness and low-volatile requirements.

The Problem

• The previous packaging film showed migration and odour in high-temperature storage
• Transparency was insufficient, hindering the visual inspection step

What We Did

We supplied a high transparency cast film produced on a solvent-free process route and supported the customer through volatile emission and cleanliness validation testing.
