Batch-to-batch consistency directly affects your production yield and the reputation of your finished product. Consistency is the core objective of our quality management.
Incoming material control
Main raw materials come from stable suppliers and are only released to production after passing incoming inspection, with batch records retained.
In-process inspection
Inspection checkpoints are set at casting, lamination and slitting, with key process parameters recorded in real time.
Finished goods release
Thickness, gram weight, tensile strength and peel strength are tested batch by batch before release.
Sample retention
A sample of every batch is retained, so raw materials, process data and test results can be traced quickly if an issue appears.
Compliance support
RoHS and REACH test reports and compliance statements can be provided for your target market.
Fast response
Quality feedback is investigated immediately, with a corrective action plan and improvement measures.
