The automotive industry sets clear requirements for material consistency, odour grade and durability. Shuangdie TPU film and laminated fabric can be used for interior lamination, airbag fabric, harness sheathing and acoustic cushioning layers. Formulation and process adjustments balance heat-ageing resistance, low odour and peel strength.

Points to watch in processing and validation
How do we trace an odour problem in interior parts?
Check the odour grade of the raw material, the processing temperature and the post-treatment step. A low-odour raw material system may be required.
The laminate delaminates in high temperatures — what should we do?
Evaluate the heat-ageing performance of the adhesive layer against the pressing parameters, and consider a higher temperature grade.
How is airtightness achieved for airbag fabric lamination?
Control the consistency of the lamination process and the thickness uniformity of the film, and assess stability through batch test data.
