Jining Shuangdie Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 and is located in the Economic Development Zone of Jinxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province. We specialize in the research, production and sales of thermal-insulating and anti-corrosion composites, plastic masterbatch, plastic film laminates and related products. Our product system is built around TPU film, TPU laminated fabric, TPU hot-melt adhesive film, TPU pneumatic hose and aluminium foil functional composites.
Over the years we have held to a simple operating principle: win trust with process stability, and win orders with speed of response. We continue to invest in production equipment and testing capability, and we are certified to the ISO9001 quality management system. Our products can meet the requirements of RoHS, REACH and other environmental regulations.
We understand that consistent material performance directly determines our customers’ production yield. That is why every step — from raw material intake to finished goods release — is covered by a traceable record system, and batch test data or third-party test reports can be provided on request.

Built step by step
From a single film converting operation to a composite materials manufacturer with in-house formulation capability.

Company founded
Registered in the Economic Development Zone of Jinxiang County, Jining, producing plastic film laminates and sewn products.

Capacity expanded
Added lamination and slitting lines, extending the range from single films to laminated fabric and aluminium foil composites.

Raw materials and formulation

Thickness uniformity and surface quality are controlled, with key process parameters monitored in real time.

Lamination
Solvent-free lamination bonds TPU reliably to fabric, mesh, aluminium foil and other substrates.

Slitting and packing
Slit to the customer's width and roll length, packed to standard and clearly batch-labelled.

Inspection and release
Thickness, gram weight, tensile and peel strength are tested batch by batch before release.

Finished goods are stored by zone and shipped as agreed, with tracking throughout.
