Home textile and bag products demand both hand feel and durability. Shuangdie TPU film and laminated fabric provide waterproof performance while preserving the original feel of the fabric. By adjusting film thickness and the adhesive layer process, bubbling and delamination after washing are reduced, making the material suitable for waterproof bed covers, shower curtains and bag fabrics.

Points to watch in processing and use
Bubbling or delamination appears after washing — what should we do?
Check the hydrolysis resistance of the adhesive layer and the lamination parameters; a material with a higher hydrolysis-resistance grade may be needed.
How do we balance waterproofing and breathability?
Choose a waterproof breathable grade and balance the two by adjusting film thickness and formulation.
The laminate feels too stiff — how can it be improved?
Reduce the film thickness or the hardness grade, while checking that waterproofing and strength still meet the requirement.
Can you support small trial orders?
Yes. Standard specifications support small-batch sampling and pilot runs so you can validate the process and hand feel.
