How is the cleanliness of the material evaluated?
It can be assessed through volatile emission testing or the cleanliness validation used at your end. We can supply supporting data.
The cushioning air bag loses pressure after long storage — what should we do?
Look at the airtightness of the film itself and the seaming process; increasing the film thickness or adjusting the formulation may be required.
Can you supply an anti-static version?
The formulation direction can be customised — please provide target indicators such as surface resistance.
What if the packaging material needs flame retardancy?
We can offer a flame-retardant formulation direction together with the relevant test standard and results.
