Inflatable products fear slow leaks and low-temperature cracking
Once an air mattress, kayak or water bladder develops a slow leak, after-sales costs rise quickly. Shuangdie air-chamber grade TPU film is optimised for airtightness, low-temperature performance and flex resistance. Formulation and surface treatment are adjusted to your high-frequency or heat-sealing process to help reduce seam defect rates.

Points to watch in processing and use
Burn-through appears at the high-frequency weld — what should we do?
Reduce the power slightly, extend the dwell time or adjust the die pressure, and check the thickness uniformity and surface cleanliness of the film.
The material hardens and cracks in cold conditions — how can this be solved?
Choose a formulation with a higher cold-resistance grade, or reduce the hardness of the material.
How can the risk of slow leaks be reduced?
Beyond controlling the seam process, check the airtightness and batch consistency of the film itself, and ask us for measured data.
Can the film be printed or surface treated?
Corona treatment or a print-ready surface state can be provided to match your process — please confirm with us.
Can the samples be used for real inflation testing?
Yes. We can supply enough sample material for inflation and ageing tests.
