Process Advice
Points to watch in processing and use
Heat-sealed seams are not airtight — what should we check?
Confirm that the sealing temperature, pressure and dwell time match the material thickness, and check the seam for contamination or creasing.
Material performance drops after disinfection — how should we handle it?
Different methods (steam, alcohol, ethylene oxide) affect the material differently. Run a resistance test before finalising the disinfection protocol.
How can we reduce odour?
Select a low-odour raw material system and control the processing temperature; a post-treatment step can be added if necessary.
Can you support small pilot runs?
Yes. We support small-batch sampling and pilot production to help you complete product validation and registration preparation.
