Thirty years focused on being a reliable TPU materials supplier
JINING DOUBLEBUTTERFLY COMPOSITE MATERIALS CO., LTD. was established when the former Jining Lusuyinghua Plastics Co., Ltd. relocated to larger premises as its business scale expanded. We have fully taken over the product markets, production technology and personnel of the former company, and hold a number of outstanding products and proprietary technologies. Following the relocation and name change we increased investment and renewed part of our equipment. We now operate more than ten plastic extrusion lamination lines, internal-mixing granulation lines and film lamination lines, with an annual output of 9,000 tonnes. Part of the equipment is sourced from Europe and the United States, which safeguards product quality and opens up new application fields for our materials.
Over the years we have held to a simple operating principle: win trust with process stability, and win orders with speed of response. We continue to invest in production equipment and testing capability, and we are certified to the ISO9001 quality management system. Our products can meet the requirements of RoHS, REACH and other environmental regulations.
We understand that consistent material performance directly determines our customers’ production yield. That is why every step — from raw material intake to finished goods release — is covered by a traceable record system, and batch test data or third-party test reports can be provided on request.

Built step by step
From a single film converting operation to a composite materials manufacturer with in-house formulation capability.

Company founded
Registered in the Economic Development Zone of Jinxiang County, Jining, producing plastic film laminates and sewn products.

2017
Capacity expanded
Added lamination and slitting lines, extending the range from single films to laminated fabric and aluminium foil composites.

Quality system upgraded
Established a standardised inspection workflow and achieved ISO9001 certification.

TPU film in volume
Built large-scale TPU film capacity serving the footwear, outdoor and medical markets.

Formulation capability
Formed a formulation R&D and technical service team supporting flame-retardant, breathable and antibacterial customisation.

Raw materials and formulation
TPU resin from stable sources, with the formulation adjusted to the performance targets of each product.

Casting / blowing
Thickness uniformity and surface quality are controlled, with key process parameters monitored in real time.

Lamination
Solvent-free lamination bonds TPU reliably to fabric, mesh, aluminium foil and other substrates.

Slitting and packing
Slit to the customer's width and roll length, packed to standard and clearly batch-labelled.

Inspection and release
Thickness, gram weight, tensile and peel strength are tested batch by batch before release.

Warehousing and shipping
Finished goods are stored by zone and shipped as agreed, with tracking throughout.
