Formulation and forming process adjustments give the material a stable processing window during high-frequency and heat-seal welding, helping to reduce seam defect rates.

How can burn-through during high-frequency welding be reduced?
Lower the power slightly, extend the dwell time and confirm thickness uniformity and surface cleanliness. We can also adjust the formulation to suit.
Can it be used for long-term inflated storage?
Choose a specification with a higher airtightness grade and verify it through a real ageing test.
How is the cold resistance?
Low-temperature grades remain flexible at -40℃; this can be verified by a low-temperature flex test.
