Product Description

Product Overview

TPU waterproof breathable film is made from thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer by a casting process. It blocks liquid water while allowing water vapour to pass through. Compared with conventional microporous membranes, the non-porous TPU structure is more stable in water resistance and washing performance, and does not lose breathability when pores become blocked.

The product is used as the waterproof breathable layer in outdoor clothing, medical protective garments, sportswear and footwear, and can be laminated to knit fabric, mesh and other substrates.

Usage Advice

For lamination we recommend a small pilot run first to confirm pressing temperature, pressure and dwell time. If you use high-frequency welding, please tell us in advance so that the formulation can be adjusted accordingly.
